Designed for those who’ve become reliant on the nightlife scene—where substance use, casual sex, or high-stimulation environments mask deeper pain. This group explores the dopamine crash cycle, the roots of escapist behavior, and how to create boundaries that support long-term wellness. Perfect for those seeking harm reduction or transition to sobriety without shame.

🍸 Service Industry Burnout Group

Working in nightlife or hospitality can take a heavy emotional toll. This group supports servers, bartenders, dancers, DJs, and other service workers facing burnout, anxiety, and toxic work culture. Learn tools to manage stress, prevent compassion fatigue, and set healthy boundaries with customers and colleagues.

Created for those living with emotional dysregulation, borderline traits, or intense mood swings. Learn practical DBT and CBT-based tools to manage triggers, understand emotions, and break the cycle of explosive anger, guilt, and burnout.

💥 Trauma & Addiction Group

Many people struggling with substance use are coping with unprocessed trauma. This group helps connect past pain to present behaviors and teaches how to manage cravings, process trauma safely, and rebuild a meaningful, sober life.

🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQIA+ Affirming Group

An inclusive space for anyone across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. Whether you’re navigating coming out, family rejection, or gender identity, this group promotes self-acceptance, community, and pride. Allies welcome on a case-by-case basis.

🧸 Healing from Childhood Trauma

For adult survivors of childhood neglect, abuse, or dysfunction. Through guided trauma work, participants learn to reparent themselves, rebuild emotional safety, and break generational cycles.

💔 Abandonment & Attachment Issues Group

This group explores how early or relational abandonment affects adult relationships. Participants learn to identify attachment patterns, build emotional security, and establish boundaries that support healthier love.

💊 Substance Abuse Recovery Group

A structured, non-judgmental group for those exploring sobriety, harm reduction, or recovery maintenance. Offers accountability, coping skills, and weekly check-ins—ideal for those seeking support beyond traditional 12-step programs.

For individuals struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors, emotional dependency, or relationship addiction. Learn to release shame, understand triggers, and develop healthy intimacy grounded in self-respect.

🦋 Narcissistic Survivor Support Group

Healing from emotional abuse, gaslighting, or toxic relationships. This group helps survivors rebuild self-esteem, learn boundary-setting, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
